650ml brown bottle. Dark brown pour with a tan head that is short lived. Chocolate malt aroma with some sweet cherry notes. Flavour is chocolatey, roasty and dry with brief appearance of cherries near the finish. Light to medium body. Drinkable, but a bit reserved.

Jul 6, 2008 Bottle. Mon cherie nose, roast, a bit of cherry jam as well. Very dark brown, no head. Medium to light body, creamy mouthfeel. Light chocolate roast with cherries retronsal, fairly restrained though. pleasant enough, but not that interesting

It’s somewhat thin and interestingly carbonated. Smells of chocolate and cherries.
Nice Cherry flavor comes through mixing nicely with the Chocolate.
Bitter Sweet finish on the Palate.

Apr 21, 2008 Aroma of chocolate and a slight tart cherry aroma, as advertised. Pours a dark brown/black with thin disipating head. Alot of carbonation. Mild chocolate flavour, coffee. Half decent palate. Not too bad.
