Aussie Pale Ale
Australian style pale ale with Mango and spicy aroma from this single-hopped Tasmanian beer. Tropical fruits dominate the taste with moderate bitterness and sweetness that balance with the Munich malt flavours. Drinkability & balance is key whilst still maintaining a full hoppy & malty profile.

2015-09-19. Crisp dark yellow body with a nice creamy white head. 3+ Aroma is pleasantly fruity hops light green touches. Flavour is interestingly hoppy, green leafy touches, fruit, lemon, tropical fruit. 7+ Smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3+ Very drinkable. Cask at Owain Glyndwr, Cardiff.

Aroma: sweet floral hops, caramel and grain malts. Appearance: clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: bitters continue, fruity, malts, grain and bread, some caramel, soft carbonation, slightly dry finish. Overall: very nice APA, well-balanced, quite complex and subtle. Pint at Craft Beer Co, Brighton.

Cask, Alehouse, Chelmsford 9th July 2015. Cheers, Martin! Great conditioning. Really well-kept. Superb tropical notes on aroma. Loads of pineapple. Loads of pine and pilth. Taste is tropical fruits. Pineapple. Huge hop zing. Tastes amazing fresh on!

Gravity at The Liverpool Beer Festival. A clear pale amber colour with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruit like apricot, mango and lemon balanced with caramel. Taste is hoppy, mango and grapefruit plus caramel and a little pine. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A bittersweet hop bitterness in the finish. A nice, refreshing beer.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 30 Nov 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, apricots and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, passion-fruit and grassy hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty with a good hop character. Nice one.
