Aussie Pale Ale
Australian style pale ale with Mango and spicy aroma from this single-hopped Tasmanian beer. Tropical fruits dominate the taste with moderate bitterness and sweetness that balance with the Munich malt flavours. Drinkability & balance is key whilst still maintaining a full hoppy & malty profile.

Cask at the Lyric W1. A bright golden coloured ale, medium head. For some reason I was expecting a more aggressive beer, but this was a fruity citrusy bittersweet ale, very well-judged and balanced and really quite tasty. More of a session beer than anything else, but no worse for it.

At the Manchester Velodrome Beer Festival 2014. Pale clear gold with a thin frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, jammy stuff. Some citrus hops, little floral. Quite subtle everywhere and a tasty session ale.

Cask (i think, tasting notes dont say, backlog (sorry)) @The Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Pours clear and golden in colour, with a soft and small with head. Hoppy nose, mango and citrus fruits to the fore. More orange than anything else on the taste, which i usually like but this was a little one toned, just a bit boring, not bad just nothing to get excited about.

A pale amber orange coloured beer with a weak white head. A fresh hop aroma, fruity, grapefruit and lemon. Dry mouthfeel. A tart and refreshing hop flavour, loads of citrusy hop flavours like grapefruit, lemon and lime, then a floral taste comes through. This is followed by a mild slightly sweeter malt flavour. The citrusy hop flavours last well into the finish. Tasted at the Lamb & Flag, Oxford.

On keg at the Bow Bar. Appearance - golden with a slight haze and a decent head. Nose - lemon and pale malt. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly fresh finish. Overall - a solid citizen.
