Aussie Pale Ale
Australian style pale ale with Mango and spicy aroma from this single-hopped Tasmanian beer. Tropical fruits dominate the taste with moderate bitterness and sweetness that balance with the Munich malt flavours. Drinkability & balance is key whilst still maintaining a full hoppy & malty profile.

Gravity at The Liverpool Beer Festival. A clear pale amber colour with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruit like apricot, mango and lemon balanced with caramel. Taste is hoppy, mango and grapefruit plus caramel and a little pine. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A bittersweet hop bitterness in the finish. A nice, refreshing beer.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 30 Nov 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, apricots and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, passion-fruit and grassy hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Cask at the Lyric W1. A bright golden coloured ale, medium head. For some reason I was expecting a more aggressive beer, but this was a fruity citrusy bittersweet ale, very well-judged and balanced and really quite tasty. More of a session beer than anything else, but no worse for it.

At the Manchester Velodrome Beer Festival 2014. Pale clear gold with a thin frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, jammy stuff. Some citrus hops, little floral. Quite subtle everywhere and a tasty session ale.
