COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Probably the countries favourite word, Cwtch is our Welsh Red Ale. The complex malt base compliments its big hop flavours.

Ottima birra inglese, fuori dagli schemi!!!

Bottle - Copper color, with medium-lasting head. Fresh hop aromas of tropical fruit in the beginning, accompanied with malty ones, dry finish. A great fresh beer, makes you want more.

Copper red beer pours with an off white frothy head which lasts. Aroma is a little fruity - of the berry variety or strawberry with a slightly musky, grain-like aroma to accompany it. Flavour is caramel with hints of sweetness evoking light flavours of berry. Good level of bitterness and nice carbonation, if not a tiny bit overcarbonated. Generally a good beer with character but the taste doesn’t quite do enough, nor in the right way for me.

Shared with wim at my home. Dark amber colored beer with small white head and no carbonation visible. Hopped floral aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is soft hopped bitter.

Aroma: floral hops, straw, grain malts, light caramel, some citrus fruits. Appearance: slightly hazy, dark amber, small, creamy, off-white head. Taste: medium bitter. Palate: bitters continue, grain malts, some light pine, citrus fruits again. Overall: nice Amber Ale, nice and refreshing bitterness. Pint at Piccadilly Tap, Manchester.
