Cask conditioned handpump Southampton Arms London 30/10/12. A golden coloured beer with a white bubbly head. A lightly hoppy nose which is quite restrained really. Grapefruit notes in the mouth. Decent sharpish bitterness. A pretty good tasty beer.

Cask at Craft, Clerkenwell. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is sweet lemon sherbet. Taste is sweet and soapy lemon.

Bottle: Hazy golden color, nearly no head. Flavor is light malty, toasty, citrus hops, some resin, citrus peel, bitterness. Good drinkable ale.

Pours cloudy amber with low white head. Aroma of malt and bread, light fruit and citrus. Taste is lightly floral and bitter. Light, smooth body with soft carbonation.

Keg at the Woodman, Birmingham. Deep yellow/golden with a thin white head. Big webs of lacing. Aroma of juicy apple, sprucey and slightly astringent hop. Slight sweetish taste, surprisingly little to it. Short bittersweet finish. Palette is fairly thin. Ok.

Hazy orange colour. Quite a strong, fresh floral hop aroma. Smooth taste, lots of malts and a fresh fruity and floral dry bitter finish. Very flavoursome.

Draught. Golden body with white head. Aroma is fruity with pines. Taste is medium malts with some herbs and flowers. Aftertaste is medium bitter. Refreshing. Liked it.

Pint A: Pale golden, clear, initial one finger head, kept a lid of film the whole time. S: Citrus gummi bears, floral, more of an American than English aroma. T: Fruity, lots of wheat, moderate bitterness, slightly watery. M: Light body, minimal carbonation, smooth. O: Another British take on an American style, others have done it better.

Pours gold with a small white head. Aromas and flavors are a bit on the light side and consist of apricot, wheat, citrus and some bread. Body is a little thin but finishes slightly bitter. Overall a refreshing beer, not bad.
