COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A unique schizophrenic beer where you’ll face off against floral hoppy flavours up front, leading into a dry spicy bitterness on the back. Need something a bit different to wake up your taste buds? It’s time to get a FUBAR.

Cask @ CPK. The pour’s light gold with a small creamy white head. The nose is bright citrus, lemon peel, dried grass and a bit of piss, sugar cookies. The taste is simple tropical fruits, pineapple. Plenty of resin, brash hops. Lemon peel and tree bark. Dry, bitter finish. Light, responsive body. Fine carbonation. Overall, a really tasty, simple beer. Sometimes you just need to let those hops shine...

Golden body, yet generic looks. Filtered, yet modern ingredients. Hoppy yet sharp. Enough body yet not very layered taste. It’s nice but oddly unbalanced between old style blond and modern hops addition. Doesn’t make much sense. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

.25L pour from a room-temp cask into a tiny nonic pint glass. Pale yellow and a little hazy with a creamy white head. Medium-to-light body and super creamy. Tastes like a nitro, honestly. Nose is fairly muted. Not getting much there, good or bad. Tastes is great, though. Pretty light, but smooth and enjoyable. A little biscuit and citrus intermixing. The definition of a drinkable beer.
