3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cask @ CPK. The pourís light gold with a small creamy white head. The nose is bright citrus, lemon peel, dried grass and a bit of piss, sugar cookies. The taste is simple tropical fruits, pineapple. Plenty of resin, brash hops. Lemon peel and tree bark. Dry, bitter finish. Light, responsive body. Fine carbonation. Overall, a really tasty, simple beer. Sometimes you just need to let those hops shine...

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle 330ml - a pale ale? The label questions the drinker but the problem and question is actually is Fubar different from the Tasmanian Devil or Doggy Style? Itís lack of originality is itís downfall. However that saying its cloudy orange appearance and hoppy flavours are nicely blended.

FUBAR (F...d Up Beyond All Recognition): half-pint in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates on 10 Oct 2013.
Golden, crisp and sharp: hop bitterness from the start. Wasnít sure what to expect, it certainly impressed. The aroma was a mixed bag with spicy hops and grains, as was the taste, with the aforementioned hops to the front.
Different and interesting, donít normally have keg style dispensed beers, glad I did on this case.
