COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A collaboration brew with Glyn Roberts (The Rake Bar), Hadouken is our Amplified IPA. A dedication to the classic finishing move from one of our favourite video games from back in the 90’s. Massively hopped with a combo of 3 American varieties.

330ml bottle from Redmonds. Crystal clear amber, medium foamy off white head. Fruity, floral nose, sweaty notes too, but not unpleasant. Flavour is toffee, caramel, butterscotch with a moderate fruity hop bitterness. Decent body, medium carbonation. Sweet in the finish, with more of those fruity hops. Very drinkable.

Ambrée voilée, effervescence faible, col beige clair fin. Les malts se font à peine sentir tant les trois houblons prennent le palais à l’assaut avec une forte amertume herbeuse et quelque peu fruitée. Une double IPA digne de ce nom!

A 7.4% IPA. Bottle at the GJBF in Osaka 2014. A deeper copper than the Full Nelson with a completely different nose - this one is pungent, dank tropical flowers think of stepping into a steaming hothouse. Full on & unique. The same medium body with a slick mouthfeel but maybe a touch fuller and more satisfying. The taste is BITTER this must be an IBU bomb. Orange, resin, earthy pine finish with a tongue scraping cleansing effect - hop heads rejoice.
