COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A collaboration brew with Glyn Roberts (The Rake Bar), Hadouken is our Amplified IPA. A dedication to the classic finishing move from one of our favourite video games from back in the 90’s. Massively hopped with a combo of 3 American varieties.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham, Bristol. Lovely deep copper in colour with a decent, off-white head. Peach, tangerine and sherbet aroma with some grassy hops. Big, caramel and unripe tropical fruit flavours, with some solid, savoury malts, black pepper and a lingering, dry finish. Unusual.

Pours copper with a white foamy head. Aroma of tropical fruits like papaya and mango. Taste is quite biscuity with a bitter follow up.

Bottle: Aroma is malty with notes of brown sugar, citrus, lemon juice, mango, resin. Light brown sugar color, white head. Flavor is malty, medium sweet, notes of sugar, hints of caramel. Very fruity taste with notes of mango, tropical fruits. Ends with hops with resin and herbal notes.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Very sweet, ripe peach, ripe orange hop. Light spicy, sweet malts. Some stone fruit sweetness, too. Taste is brown sugar sweet. Turns light bitter. Thick, rich, smooth palate. Finishes light bitter, but mostly sweet. Wow. Way too sweet for me.

Tap@angle. Orange hazy. Malty. Caramel toffee, orange fruity nose. Med bodied, feels a bit thick on the tongue, sweet, but with balancing bitters. Feels substantial, malty. Like eating it. Bit yeasty dirty green hoppy finish. Ok.

Bottle from Craft Beer Base Seed. Huge caramel nose, barleywine-like, with citrus hopping. Clear amber color. Rich caramel initial, not overly sweet, balances out with tasty hops. Moderately thick, with hop texture. Very satisfying, huge malt.

330 ml bottle at Beer Komachi. Clear golden yellow to brownish amber with off-white head. Aromas of biscuit, floral. Tastes of biscuit, citrus, floral. Medium body with a dry finish.
