On Keykeg at Coppers Newcastle. Pours a very cloudy orange. Big jammy & medicinal flavours with gooseberry and mango notes in there too. It has a smooth texture, a lovely long finish and is too moreish for 5.5% !

12 oz bottle. Pours an amber gold, medium white head, no lacing. Aroma of citrus, lemons and orange, caramel, bread. Taste is similar, nice balance between English and American IPA’s, very well balanced beer.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy chestnut brown, with a large off-white head, which lasts well and leaves decent lacing. Floral, pine and mild pepper hops mix with mild toffee malt to create the aroma. Pine and tropical fruit hops up front give way to rye bread and burnt caramel malt in the mid-palate. Kiwifruit hops come in at the finish. Quite a pleasant IPA, with good breadth of flavour and plenty of malt backbone.

Bottle BBE Feb 2015. Grapefruit and intense hop aromas. Slight stale bread off-notes but overall pleasant on the nose. Clear, golden bronze body with a substantial bubbly off-white head. Bitter to taste, lingering on the tongue. Lively on the palate with a foamy texture. Overall a highly-drinkable IPA but not outstanding in its field.

Cask handpull at Craft Clerkenwell. Clear dark gold colour lasting off White head . Herby hop flavour. Watery mouth feel but grapefruit bitter hop is good. In good condition this could be really good.
