Dry brett and mild orange fruity aroma. Fruity, light smoked woody and citric dry brettish base flavour. Smooth and pleasant fruity and dry flavoured. Light creamy mouthfeel and flavour. Mild smoked and brettish finish. duff (5405), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Jun 14, 2005 Cask@Catford Beer festival. A fairly decent bitter. Main flavours of toffee/malt and then a touch of citric hops. Palate is lightly sweet and smooth.
