Butterscotch and dandelion, less of the latter. Hazy copper, thick head. Dandelion is more in the forefront on the palate, but still a lot of butterscotch. Medium body, easy carbonation, decent bitterness. Not awful, but less than pristine.

Hazy to cloudy amber color, fluffy tan head. Aroma of flowers, herbs. Taste is very lightly herbal. Decent.

Growler, thanks to noted admin Drake. @ C’ville Tasting. Medium amber pour with a small head. Nose of orange peel, toast, wood. Mellow spices. Taste is moderately hoppy. Willow patch, dirt. Some marshmallow sweetness, honey. Countryside. Medium body, soft carb. Not your typical TH beer.

Growler, a few days old from the source. Not an attractive muddy brown with whitish froth. Nose is green banana, rye, musk, toffee and citrus peel. Medium body with soft carb. Taste is rye, banana, rind and pith; maybe some papaya. Super hoppy but restrained enough to let the saison character emerge.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a medium sized white head. The aroma has a big rye bread quality. The taste has a mix of spiciness and bitterness. Very good take.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy brownish/orange color with a finger of fluffy off white head. Nice fresh aroma of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit skins, and toasted malt. Taste of toasted malt, grapefruit zest, lemon, ripe pineapple, and hints of pepper.

On tap at Tired Hands the first time I went with Vinny and Tom. Pours murky brownish red with a bit of cream-colored head and lace. Aroma is blood orange peel, some bitter lemon zest and Belgian yeast, some subtle spice. Taste is very slightly funky with a ton of citrusy, bitter hops in the finish. Palate is firm without being cloying. Interesting beer.

Thanks to yourefragile. Served in a Tired Hands wine glass. Medium amber. Short head. Earthy nose with some citrus. Dry with a good bitterness. Nose is my favorite part.

On tap at Tired Hands with Tom and Pat. Pours a murky glowing plum color, no head, good lace. Aromas of orange, grapefruit, coriander, saison yeast and other spice. Taste is hoppy for a saison, very fresh, balanced well. A little bit of rye, tired hands was a very simple rustic place.

4 oz draft at Tired Hands. Pours light brown with thin off white head and lacing. Nose is very light caramel malt and a slight funk of saison yeast. Taste caramel malt, hop bitterness is present but the slightly floral hops are pretty muted, with a bit of a metallic finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
