Hazy straw-orange body, large white head, spotty lacing. Light citrus and crackery malts in the nose give way to a stronger flavor profile showing off citric notes, grass, a light oaky vanilla, some bretty must and earth. Medium bodied with moderate carbonations and a super dry finish. Fairly intense flavor profile at only 4.5% ABV. Interesting.

On draft, pours brownish with ample lacing and small to medium head. Notes of coffee, oak, toasted malt, vanilla butter, light amarillo, and green pepper. Pretty solid.

On tap at Tired Hands. In my mind, this is how a saison should taste. Slightly malty and oaky, but light enough to drink on the porch when the weather gets nice.

On tap at Tired Hands. Cloudy orange brown with an off-white head. Nose is grass, dough, salt spray and slight scallion. Medium light with soft carb. Taste is grass, oak, lime zest and pith. Another simple gem.
