Lightly hazy, dark golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of wood, vanilla, floral hops, and toasted malts. Taste of citrus, vanilla, grass, toast, spices, and a dry finish.

Draft at Tired Hands with PJ. Poursa hazy orange body with thin white head. Aroma is faint funky hop, citrus and light resin. Mouthfeel is medium and sessionable with notes of citrus fruit, dry bitter flavors, and yeast. The Amarilo character works interestingly well with the oak conditioning.

On tap at TH. Another really killer saison from these folks, who are dialed into a tight range of styles which they execute terrifically. Cloudy orange/brown body with medium carbonation. Subtle oakiness in the nose, with dry hops and some spice, yeast notes too. Very inviting and understated. Hay, citrus, and the faintest vanilla in the taste, distinctive and delicious.

Pours a hazy orange/amber with anedium off white head. aroma has nice light bretty funk and great oak. Flavor is lightly funky with great oak and lightspice and leather. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is wonderfully oaky and dry.

Hazy straw-orange body, large white head, spotty lacing. Light citrus and crackery malts in the nose give way to a stronger flavor profile showing off citric notes, grass, a light oaky vanilla, some bretty must and earth. Medium bodied with moderate carbonations and a super dry finish. Fairly intense flavor profile at only 4.5% ABV. Interesting.

Pours amber golden with beautiful white big lacey head. Aroma and flavor are both subtle. Soft grassy saison notes define the nose. Flavors bring some zesty tea leave like malts with a well balanced body.
