Had this at Where The Wild Beers Are. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft floral musk and chewy dense wheat on the nose. Musk, more wheat, with a bit of sweetness. Toast, sweet wheat, lovely musk into the finish.

Draft at tired hands..light apple juice like hue..nose of lemon zest..barnyard hay and funk..can’t remember if this was on the billing..aroma is solid..quite flavorful..however came off as a tad thinner than expected..leaves some spices notes on the palate..liked their other offerings much better..

Tap flight at the brewery. Very pale yellow color, thin light head leaves a very delicate lace. Aroma is funky horse blanket and Myers lemon. Taste is funky, citrusy, tart, and clean. You can taste each if the four grains distinctly. Thin palate but the oats give it character.

On tap at Tired Hands. Was concerned when I saw "four grain" because my last four grain beer experience was a nightmare, but this was anything but. Good thing this is one of their house beers, because any saison lover should try this.

1L growler, sent from callmemickey (thanks a lot, Ryan), pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of dry wheat upfront some rustic farmhouse notes and hay. Flavour is extremely refreshing, with loads of dry wheat, lightly tart citrus, hay and some rustic notes. Quite flavourful for a sub-5% beer. Extremely refreshing and well-constructed. Great stuff.
