Sampled at CBC 2013. Orange pour with a nice khaki head. Light funk, fruity, plenty of tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus, and dank. Nice flavor, not too bitter, definite Brett, a touch of funk, plenty of fruitiness. Dry bite to the finish that begs another sip.

Growler shared by the philly crew at Hill Farmstead pre-3rd anniversary bottle share. Hazy straw color with a low white head and little lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, peaches and apricots along with herbal notes. Taste is slightly sweet and dominated by fruits (citrus, peaches, apricots, mango, pineapple) with malt and herbal notes. Medium body. Moderately dry. Soft to moderate carbonation. Tasty and drinkable. I preferred the Galapagos from this series.

On tap at Tired Hands. Fruity and funky, I can definitely say I've never tried anything like this before. I feel old fashioned and close minded for giving this rating to such a creative beer, but I can't say I was in love with this confusing experience. That being said, I'm tempted to try it again...

Draft. Pours hazy gold with minimal head. Nose is tropical citrus, dry florals, yeasty mild funk. Tasted dry, with notes of pineapple, florals, mild funk, and a complex bone dry finish.

On tap at Churchkey during CBC week. Looks like grapefruit juice, very little head. Nose has some mild citrus, lightly earthy, lightly vinous. Flavors of tangerine, peach, straw, a little kumquat, hay, light brett, light cheese. Medium bodied, dry finish. Sort of like an herbal Orval.

Growler at home with Aaron. Pour is hazy golden orange with a small white head and decent lacing. Doughy, fruity, bretty, pineappley, mango, biscuity, citrusy, light pepper, earthy, and somewhat sweet aroma - really nice as it begins to warm. Taste is pineapple, papaya, citrusy, mango, fresh guava, straw, somewhat funky and hoppy, lemon zest, and dough with a light bite on the finish. Medium body with high carbonation. .Pretty nice beer and I can’t wait to see Chad get in on more of these collaborations.

Growler @ Stephen’s house. Thanks! Hazy, a bit cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Very spicy, herbal, floral, barnyard, onion, a bit citrusy aroma. Tangy, slightly tart, very herbal onion hoppy, a bit grassy, lemon funky flavor. Very tasty and interesting with the Simcoe hops. Cool beer.

Growler shared by b3shine. Pours a hazy light golden yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is nicely fruity, citrus, grass, Brett, mild funk with a light bready quality. The flavor has a nice fruitiness that continues from the nose, citrus, Brett, light funk, grass, toasted bread with a subtle bitterness to the finish. Dry with good mouth feel.

Growler shared by b3shine. Totally hazy whitish yellow color. Thin bubbly white head, few loose dots of lace. Funky zesty orange nose. Smooth, lighter crisp carbonation. More dry texture. Nice tart taste, some zesty sweetness. Very cool, citrusy, refreshing bright pale ale
