From bottle, courtesy of Jon D. Great nose with tons of cherry. Fruity, woody, and tart, with light funky notes, vanilla and oak. Coppery brown clear with thin tan lacing head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts tart with cherries, oak, vanilla, and citrus. Nice tart funk, with some chocolate and soy sauce. Light bitter chocolate finish with lasting, mildly astringent tart after.

Pours dark brown amber. Thin caramel head at edges and moderate lacing. Aroma is almost pure sour cherry. A little funky. Taste is tart, cherry, funky. Sour cocoa finish. Soft carbonation. Just less than medium body. Overall a tasty beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours brownish red a small beige head. Aroma is sour lactic cherry bourbon funk. A little toasty flavor, but great funky sweet dark cherry and alcohol. Light body and very warming. Delicious.

Bottle courtesy of Jean, thanks! Similar base to the Nebula: dark malt base drenched in soured yeast, funky, mild spices in the back. Sour cherries are prominent throughout, adding a good amount of both tartness and complexity to the bill. Highly refined. Another impressive brew from Tired Hands.
