Tired Hands version. Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Half Acre in Chicago. This beer is a literal splicing of Half Acreís Daisy Cutter and our HopHands. Highly aromatic and super crushable!

Flight at Tired Hands with koleminer20. Aroma is juicy, tropical fruit, citrus, pine, honey, bready, wonderful. Appearance is ugly, golden amber, hazy, white head. Taste is dank, tropical fruit, citrus, tons of pine, HopHands and Daisy Cutter are fighting on my palate. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light carbonation, pine and like a licorice aftertaste. Overall, this one is very very weird. Unlike any other APA Iíve tasted

On draft at Tired Hands Fermentaria. The pour is a foggy darker golden yellow orange with a large white frothy head that roils down to a thick film, leaving lots of solid lace. The aroma is good. There is a nice bitter hop from the Daisy Cutter right up front there is a nice tropical fruit that rounds it out. The malts are surprisingly prevalent on the back end, and Iím not crazy about the breadiness. The flavor is weird. Daisy Cutter and HopHands are having an all out brawl in my mouth for dominance. The Daisy offers the bitter pine and heavy hop. The Hop is trying to cut that overpowering pine. There is a sweet cream thing that I canít figure out. There is a Red Vine sweetness present also. The mouth feel is thicker than it should be with a medium carbonation that just promotes the rumble. The aftertaste is hoppy and lightly juicy with a strange sweetness. This is interesting, having had both halves of this mix...

8 oz. draft at Tired Hands Fermentaria on 6/3/2016. Hazy golden color with full head retention. Lacing the glass until conclusion. Aroma is loaded with tons of fruit, pineapple, mango, passion fruit. A medley or fruits with and just a hint of pine.

The flavor lives up to the aroma. It is exactly as it smells; huge burst of fruit upfront providing a juicy like texture. The bitterness is pretty low yet it is enough to cut the sweet fruits. Carbonation is spot on and shows effervescent mouthfeel. Highly crushable and a wonderful collaboration!

Draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Hazy orange with a one finger off white head. Tangerine and grapefruit aroma with zest. Grapefruit flavour with some marmalade, wheat buns and metal in the finish. Medium to light bodied, soft carb, slight oily texture. Decently fresh and drinkable, but annoying metal note in the flavour.
