From the February 2015 3R6P tasting. +++ Sampled from a 16.9 ox brown bottle this beer oured a very pale yellow color with a large fluffy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart, sour, citric, fruitya nd had notes of bubblegum and phenol. The flavor was tangy, citric, vaguely fruity, bready and had a strong bubblegum presence. Long finish with lingering bubblegum. Medium body. Decent.

Bottle thanks to bytemesis, thanks Mike! Pours a golden-yellow, small thin white head that fades quickly, leaving very little-to-no lacing. Aromas of oak, musty grapes, hay, light sourdough, earthy hops and bit of barnyard funk. Taste is light. Body has minimal carbonation, so the flavors resonate nicely and linger a while. Very vinous in nature, oaky, musty...light bread/hay sweetness over the middle...semi-dry, semi-sweet finish with a light tartness moving into a funky oak. Enjoyable beer!

My Bottom Line:
Cracking cereals, white grapes, guava and pepper thrive before tartness seals this elegant creature.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam covers the hazy sunshine.
-Cereals are beautifully outlined from aroma to finish, which is rare for Saisons.
-The mouthfeel is smoothly effervescent.
-All flavors are balanced and easily approachable.

Pour is pale golden yellow, light haze, white head that dissipates quickly. Nose has some tart grape skin, light notes of sulfur, grassy hop, pepper and lemon. Taste has a bit less sulfer, a bit thin, light tart grape skin, faint grassy hop, moderate bitterness in the finish. Carb is very low, a bit buttery in the finish.
