Bottle received in trade. Thank you biggsbowler! Pours hazy yellow with a rather small frothy white head that doesn’t leave any trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour, fruity and slightly funky with crackers, lemon juice, yuzu juice, pineapple juice, moist hay, dry soil, leather, lemon zest, kumquats, whipped cream, white grapes and passion fruit. Taste is slightly sour, fruity, funky and tiny malty with crackers, oatmeal, lemon juice, pineapple juice, star fruit, dry soil, hay, barnyard, whipped cream, buttery wood, grapes, key lime pie, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, round, slightly dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour, fruity and slightly funky with crackers, lemon juice, pineapple juice, grape juice, moist hay, dry soil, buttery wood, barnyard, key lime pie and lemon zest. Sour and funky high quality lambic smell combined with an elegant soft slightly sour and slightly funky taste makes for a real treat! Also interesting to see what the barrel treatment has made of the base beer.

Bottle from most recent batch in June. Excellent saison. Pour is bright and clean yellow. Aroma is of wood, white wine, lemon. Very well balanced character. Hops are not overbearing, and the four grains used are light and refreshing. Well done beer by a great brewpub. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. The aroma is all barrel and sour funky notes. The flavor is so much like a good Berliner; sour, dusty, tannic, high carbonation, a bit of lemons, very mellow simple flavors. Super drinkable. Awesome!

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2014 500ml, batch 2. From trade with who knows. Just sayin. Pours a cloudy light straw color with a initially large white head that fades to a prepubescent pubic hair patch. Aromas of funky oak with white wine. Taste is slightly tart and bone dry. Flavors of vaginal secretions poured over mossy oak in a beautiful meadow shared by teenagers skipping school and making love for the first time. Fresh virginal sweat, tears of god. This beer is simple yet reaches very deep.
GOD NECTAR.

500mL bottle, sent from Steve_0 (thanks a lot, Steve), pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Nose brings out considerable funk, with lots of cereal grains, oak, and white wine - exquisite aromatics. Flavour is similar, revealing notes of white wine and oak upfront, followed by a very dry grainy and funky secondary taste which linger. There is even a very, very subtle tartness on the finish from the dry white wine. Bone dry, lightly funky, vinous, and oaky. A most excellent saison.

Bottle courtesy jtclockwork. Thanks! Hazy light-gold pour with a white head. Super awesome Brett jumps out of the glass, tons of funky fruit wafting around. Flavor has got heavy guava notes along with pineapple and clementine. Yogurt acidity and supple brett. Absolutely delicious.
