Bottle gifted to me by my good friend Seth, thanks bro. Hazy straw yellow pour with a frothy white head. Yeast and cereal aromas. Big saison characteristics with lemon zest, light citrus, and spices dominating the show. Light and flavorful with just enough body. Good carbonation. I never really picked up any barrel notes, and I am assuming it was a very dry/light white wine. This would be a show stopper on a warm summer afternoon. Well done...

(500ml bottle) clearish light gold, fine white bubbles. Nose of chardonnay barrels, coriander, pretty well spiced, not as complex as i’d hoped. Taste has light wine barrels, coriander, cilantro, spices, lightly tart, presence of brett.

Bottle generously shared at RBWG. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is shiny brett, some oak, some light vinous character, some sweet malt trying to emerge, and some funk and white wine. Flavor is similar with bretty funk, some light vinous character, some oak, and tartness. A brilliant beer that I’d love to try again.

Bottle shared by tom10101. Hazy yellow pour with thin white head. Very winey aroma, lots of chardonnay, citrusy, wine grape, orange peel. Flavor is quite winey/oaky lots of oak tannins, orange peel, light lemony notes. Palate is quite dry with smooth carbonation. Quite good if a bit oak heavy.

500mL from Jim M. Thanks! A: Pours a brilliant gold with 1/2 inch of foamy head. Head recedes to a thin whisp. Lots of bubbles running through this. N: Lemon zest, yeast, and I’m getting what’s similar to a rubber eraser. Lavender and haystacks. Slight cheesine, some oak, and chardonnay grapes. T: Sour lemons, floral elements, with a slight bitterness. Yeast is prevalent. Well-balanced with its elements; deft touch. A little vinegar adds an unpleasant sharpness at times. M: Very dry - which is a good aspect - and it’s light. however, it gets a little watery which is both a positive and a negative. O: A very well done beer with some minor flaws. Has a lot of reasons to recommend it, and I wish I had more.

50cl bottle pours a hazy, straw yellow with some cloudy, white head. Nose is really beautiful, light grapefruit, musty, white grape, hay, grass, yeast, dried lemon peel. Flavor is bright, hay and grass, lemon, grapefruit, light wood shavings, some dried herbs, sour orange. Medium bodied, clean, refreshing finish. Wonderful. Totally refreshing.

Wax top bottle shared by Tom, thanks. Pours cloudy and very pale yellow in color. Not much head. Aroma is pretty fantastic with dry and brett filled aspects. It is dusty/cobwebby, peppery lemon, lots of herbal and lemony brett aromas. The body was nicely delicate with light carbonation and soft yet lightly carbonate on the cheeks. However, after all the awesomeness I was left alone holding my dick in my hands (really awkward when it happens at a tasting). Flavor seemed to have been stripped away. Sort if an empty brett character. As if the yeast ate away all the flavor and left some dead brett behind.

Bottle at home, courtesy of Armin. Huge thanks for this one man!!! Pour is hazy yellow with a small white head and great lacing. Big white wine, pears, green apple, oaky, lemon peel, doughy biscuit, flowers, and hay in the aroma. Taste is tangy, straw, green apples, white wine, tart, biscuity, light spice, white pepper, coriander, and a touch of herbs. Light body with medium-to-soft carbonation. Really nice and sessionable saison. Please brew this one again.

Pour out of 500 mL bottle, thanks to Kerry for the brew! Clear/slightly hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of big oak, nice funk, vanilla, white grape, nice grape, pineapple, peach notes, going into some slight grass, nice lemon notes, hints of grapefruit, wow. Taste is a mix of nice grass, pine, spice notes up front going into biscuit, bread, nice white grape, oak, touch of peach, pear, finishing fairly sweet, more mango and pineapple notes, very refreshing. This is fantastic.
