Tasting at Bruce’s new pad. Thanks to Bruce for this one. Almost clear light gold beer with a residual white head. Light palate, smooth with modest superfine carbonation. Light lemon - lime sourness, a little peel. Light floraness, slightly bitter. Finishes light and dry with a mild bitter linger. Very nice citric zing here.

Nose is tarte apricots, bitter orange, grass, farmy, big peach waft, light sugars, tangy fruit. Taste comprises tarte grape zing, orange pith, white wine notes, madarin, peach youghurt, citrus dipped straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp and clean in the conclusion. Bottle @ Pat’s. Very pale straw pour with white foam. Super funky and earthy nose. Tons of white grape, green apple, and tropical fruit. Maybe some guava? Kind of yeasty, champange quality to it as well. The flavor is slightly tart. Tons of white grape, tropical fruit, and pear. Pale malt, cracker, and drying oak. Sublte funk and must. A bit of lemon zest, too. Really nice, easy drinking saison.
