Bottle purchased a few days ago at the pub. No bottle date but its a one off release so who cares. PiTA getting the cap off with all the wax but it finally opened up. Pours an absolutely marvelous shimmering flax blond. Very mildly hazy. Aroma too is out of this world. Wine and green grapes mixed with a touch of spearmint. Only 10 I've ever given on aroma. Texture is extremely light and delicate. Lots of champagne bubbles, perhaps a few too many. Taste is very winey with the Saison yeast coming in just behind. Finishes bone dry, just how I like. I'd really be interested in having a side by side tasting with this and FarmHands to see the differences. Excellent beer! One of my favorite saisons. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500 ml bottle poured into a teku. The beer is a very pale yellow with a very small bit of white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma has a nice fruity, wine like acidic funk to it. Some woody notes. The taste is more floral funk. Not really sour, but not sweet either. Moderate bitterness, but it’s balanced as well. Lots of subtle nuances to this beer. I enjoyed it a lot. Could have used a bit more carbonation, but otherwise i see nothing to complain about here.

Hazy sunny gold with a thin white ring. Big funk bretty saison nose with a touch of peach and lemon. The taste is more fruity than the nose, but slightly light in body, earthy funky and just slightly grapefruity tart. Weird but complex.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops nice semi clear golden color with a thin head. Aromas of musty grain tart lemon and white wine and hint of saison yeast. Taste is well balanced with nice tart lemon funk up front with notes of oak and fruity yeast. Many thanks Chris!

Bottle shared during RBWG on the Booze Bus. Thanks to whoever shared this! Gold pour with a prominent white head. Aroma of lime and lemon. Zest citrus. Funky, buggy wine barrel character. Lovely dry grape must and citrus flavor. Effervescent carb keeps things bright and airy. Lemon. Belgian countryside, fruity yeast. Dry finish. Lovely balance.

Citronnelle, vin blanc vif et gras, parfum floral, délicats tannins, rondeur acidulée docile et une élégance rustique narcotique.

500ml bottle thanks to Reynolds in a tulip. Pours golden with hardly any head. Aroma of light tartness, some oak and wine, light fruits, pale malts and light grains. Flavor the same with a nice blend but maybe the faintest hints of acetone on the finish. Average texture. A pretty good beer still.
