HellCurse is our hyper-resinous Farmhouse IPA. We brewed this shredder with rye and wheat and hopped it intensely with Chinook and Centennial. Fermented with our magical house Saison yeast.

tap at brewpub. murky gold, oily white island with cloudy lacing everywhere. Myriad of wood in the nose, light spice and hay before a whack of peach. Flavor is peach, orange and salt falling towards dough mid, salty end with light orange, bit more sweetness in finish than usual, trading farmhouse for traditional ipa. Dry as everything here.

Pours copper golden unclear in color with a decent light sandy head. The aroma, my favorite part, blends the saison yeast to a beautiful fusion with the hops bringing candy-like notes. The flavor brings the saison yeast Belgian ale flavor as a backbone with plenty of bitter hop notes.

Tap at Tired Hands. Pours a full haze, glowing orange. Complete sheety, massive lace. Spicy black peppercorn nose with Flying Dog Raging Bitch style Belgian yeast phenols. Taste is very dry and spicy with nutty bitterness and potpourri. Not bad. Dusty, woody finish. Not too different from Raging Bitch save for less stickiness. Palate gets a bit too papery.

Golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, citrus, floral, light spice, pepper, and a hint of yeast. Medium bodied. Flavor is much the same with lingering sweet malts and spicy pepper. I’m not a fan of IPAs with non-traditional yeast strains but this one was better than most.

On draft at Tired hands with Pat and Vinny. Pours a hazy golden body with nice white head and lacing. Aroma is floral and citrus hops. Mouthfeel is refreshing with notes of citrus fruits, citric hops, light pine, floral flavors, spice; ends with a dry finish. Great IPA.

Hazy orange color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus fruits, orange, and spicy yeast. Taste of citrus, orange, tropical fruits, grass, light pine, and a dry, slightly spicy finish.

Poured dark orange with a medium white head. Aromas of grapefruit hops and orange peel. Sweet upfront but quickly turns strongly bitter. Leaves a long, dry, bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 Dark cloudy orange body, large off-white head, good coating of lacing. Nose is full of grapefruit, resin, a nice farmhouse yeast that contributes some pepper, and some residual grainy rye notes. The first whiff was underwhelming, but the nose really opened up with some time. Flavor is similar with a yeasty/peppery undercurrent being accented by a ruby red grapefruit and resinous hop presence. Medium bodied, assertive carbonation, tight dry and bitter finish.

Pours a hazy orange/honey color with a thick white head...nice lacing and retention. Aroma has mildly funky citrus...grapefruit...and pine notes and just a bit of spiciness. Flavor has some funky spice/pine notes...spicy/peppery...nice bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a dry bitter/funky/spicy finish that lingers to pine/grapefruit.
