4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 GT2 (5661) - Riverslime, California, USA - AUG 5, 2012Tap at Tired Hands. Multiple pours plus growler fill. Webby, thick, white lacing on a chill haze deeper golden. Nose is super fresh linen, juicy
peach and curaçao. Wow. Give it some time to warm up and the nose is more juicy peach. Rich and delicate. Taste is fresh, rustic malty, heavy dough and pilsner like body. Very complete grassy hop balance through the finish. It doesn’t really come off as grisette or even saison. More like a pilsner for the hop balance. Insane delicacy. Tired Hands has become a new palate master like Hill Farmstead and De La Senne- all 8 of the beers we tried had amazing mouthfeels. Very impressive for this new brewery. I will certainly be back and homering up their beers.

On tap at Tired Hands. Damn, what a dame. This girl pours honey gold with a medium, foamy white head. Aroma of Fruity Pebbles and fresh honey and jasmine. Tastes like a tart, juicy sassafras leaf. Light, refreshing, and full of fruity/tart flavor. Love this gal.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2012 On tap. Pours a hazy gold with good lace. Crisp, mouth watering, a little brerty, spicy, very refreshing but kind of watery floral, earthy herbals, bitter and dry finish. Enjoyable but not my favorite. Lacked flavor for me. Rerate, not sure if this is the same one but it was advertised as 6months aged Lil lady in barrels. Much better then the original time I tried it, more peachy and bretty. Murky gold pour.

Pours a hazy orange/honey with a thick white head...nice lacing and retention. Aroma is hoppy...some citrusy grapefruity and orange and a bit of hoppy spice...mild tea notes. Flavor is more on the spicy side with nice tea coming through...some flowery notes...pleasant bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a spicy tea/bitter dry finish.
