Draught at the Hill Farmstead Festival of Farmhouse Ales. Lovely orange-pink-gold with a beautiful head. Wheaty nose, worty, with orange, lemon, brett, nice funk. Sweet orange flavor, very tangy with brett, some yogurt, a lot of wheat. Kind of grainy. Delicious. Great.

Pouring at the Hill Farmstead Saison Fest. Pours a hazed golden amber with a medium to large white head, creamy. Soft wheat, musk, gentle citrus, the clementine really comes through here, loads of zest and peels, even the faintest hint of cedar. Beautiful. Smooth, medium bodied, sweet wheat, dry musk, a touch of brett, faint oak Sweet, lightly tangy, gentle wood. Touches of brett. Super drinkable, absolutely delicious. The star of the fest. Amazing stuff Jean.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2012 On tap at TH. Pours a hazy shimmering peachy gold, medium white head, alright lacing. Aromas/tatse of clean brett, clementines, lemon zest, orange juice, wheat. Finish/aftertaste is def on the dryer/bitter side, very earthy and grainy. Overall it was very pleasant nectary beer.

Growler from the brewery. Poured a magnificent cloudy apricot with a medium frothy white head and excellent lacing. Huge aroma of clementines, honey, vanilla, and a hint of earthy yeast. Taste is an elegant blend of clementine, lemon zest, pepper, slight yeast funk, and toast. Nice mouthfeel and smooth finish with complex flavors lingering.

tap at brewpub. murky tangerine, wispy white head with soft lacing all over. Slightly muddled nose, peach and cotton candy, bit of dust and manure. Flavor is softer Brett and peach at front becoming quite grassy, incredibly dry by finish, hints of peach still lingering.

Murky orange golden color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of orange, citrus, honey, vanilla, light brett and light toast. Taste of orange, toasty, citrus, and a dry finish.

Pours a hazy pale honey color with a medium white head. Aroma has nice brett!!...funkiness...tart...light wineyness and light rind. Flavor steps up the rind and adds some yeasty spice...bretty and wheaty...clementine peaking through...nice bitterness and mild funk. Mouthfeel is medium/full and silky with a dry and fairly bitter/rindy finish.
