Thanks Chris for sharing.

A - Hazy dark plum color, a nice purple appearance.

S - Tart, fruity aroma with a little ethanol / nail polish.

T - Taste expresses oak, wet cardboard, some mold, good solid plum but nothing significant.

M - Good mouthfeel from the bottle conditioning.

O - Zero tartness except for the plum. Wish this was more exciting but it’s interesting.

500 ml traded to me by Reggiedunlop. Thanks Kerry! Darker brown,/ hazy Amber with a very thin lasting head. Aroma shows me mild oak with a surprising amount of juicy plum! Flavor is Very nice, the juicy plum sweetness right upfront. The funkiness is still subtle and mild through the center. The wine barrel is also here with a light red wine character that lingers just slightly.

. The mouthfeel has medium carbonation with a medium body. Very mild acidic note that is not distracting at all. Overall I really enjoyed sipping on this. Thanks a lot Kerry and Jean! very finely crafted, happy to have sampled this!
