bottle thanks to tom10101 - yolo. hazy golden orange pour with a small white cap showing minimal retention and lacing. spicy brettiness, fruity woodsy notes, lightly acetic, slightly winey, semi-sweet cakeyness. moderately low carbonation, light body - oily, bit puckering and grassy-spicy-bretty semi-sweet finish. questionable drinkability. this is still tasty and not overall overdone.

A - pour a hazy (with sinkies) dark honey with very low white. S - musty and oaky honey in the face. Very light plum and white wine. The honey really stands out in this. Nice Pennsylvania bugs and yeast. M - pretty full body and almost chewy mf. Sour lemony end. T - honey. Honey. Honey. And honey. Plums and lemons throughout. White wine and musty oak as well. The TH yeast and bugs really play well with the plums and lemony goodness. O - another nice TH. Sweet sour and just tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 500ml. Pours hazy amber/copper with low off-white head. Some lacing. Aroma is of fruits, grapes, plums, acetic acid. Taste is of fruits, yeast, some sourness, some acidity, sugar. Palate: Medium body. Soft carbonation. Mouth watering. Overall: Good. Nice fruits. Saison yeast is unfortunately unnoticeable behind acetic notes and fruits.

Bottle shared by tom10101 once again just like all other bottles that night, thanks again Tommy! Pours a hazy copper (or maybe orange, right...) with a small white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is lightly acetic, features some "fruits" and feel vinous overall. Taste is lightly metallic at first, offers more fruits and light vinegar. There isn’t an ounce of sweetness in there. Body was light , carbonation medium and the acetic acid is slightly disturbing by the end of the glass. Overall this was an OK sour, not a saison by any mean.

Bottle (500 ml). Thanks to Michael and John who both sent me one! Hazy orange with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is of wine, plums, red fruits, oak and light caramel. Taste is of plums, oak, light caramel, red fruits and medium acidity. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oaky/winey mouthfeel. Moderately dry finish. Short aftertaste. Nowhere near as good as Emptiness is Eternal. Tasty. More of of an American Sour than a Saison.

Sampled @ jtclockwork’s, courtesy of callmemickey. Pours cloudy orange with white wisps. Aroma of plums and a decent amount of funkiness. Very inviting. Taste is plenty tart to go along with funk and plum flavors. Palate is a bit spritzy and appropriate for this beer. Finishes funky and fruity. Man, this is some good work right here. Well done, Tired Hands.

Served in Tired Hands stemware. Nice tart character underneath plum flesh and a bit of skin. Light tannin and a bit of oak. Mild funk. Very enjoyable.

Served alongside Back Into the Emptiness and The Emptiness is Eternal. Big thanks to yourefragile for the share. The beer has an amber body with a small head that fades rapidly. The aroma brings earth, funk, stone fruit, grapes, oak. Funky with a strong dark fruit (plum presence). Oak and wine with a little bite in the finish. An interesting take on a saison. Tasty.

darker amber, large bubbled white head dies fast. Diacetyl and cereal grains at front of nose, considerable plum throughout, light lactic notes with faint rubber. Sticky plum front palate, light acetic mid with plum skin and grapes through the sticky finish, sweetness. Diacetyl needs even more time so let’s hope the acid doesn’t get any stronger.
