Growler, opened three days after fill. Pours a hazy white grapefruit juice color with very small head. Aroma is dank pine and resin mingling with mango, lychee, candied grapefruit. Taste is orange juice and pine with white grape, pulpy mango, and only moderate lingering bitterness. Full mouthfeel. Slight booziness. Excellent.

On tap at TH. Another excellent IPA. Pour is hazy straw yellow with a white head. Aroma is bright and citrusy. The taste is wonderfully dry as it should be, with the Mosaic, Amarillo, and Simcoe providing a lemony light bight. Well balanced IPA with the honey smoothing any sense of overbittering.

Growler shared by Jared at ChurchKey, poured into a tasting snifter. Pours a hazy light yellow with a tiny amount of off-white ring around the glass, not really any head. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, a bit of floral and pine. Tasting notes of grapefruit and lemon/lime citrus, light pine, citrusy hops. Medium body with a semi-dry finish. Light mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

On tap at Brewpub. Pours cloudy gold color with white head. Orange, citrus, melon, honey. Moderately sweet and bitter. Light, creamy body. Surprised at how high the ratings are for this one. Maybe this batch isn’t as tasty.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized white head, great retention. The aroma has plenty of floral notes, honey, pine, stardust. Wow. The taste has a light bitterness, sweet papaya, pineapple, melon, a bit salty. Wowzers .

Growler from the brewpub, thanks Brett!!! Sweet jesus this stuff is legit. Gigantic notes of peach, blood orange, nectarine, mango, pineapple, dry straw, and white grapefruit. Flavor brings much of the same, with some beautiful clover honey coming through near the finish and a stunning palate; sweet, and juicy up front, then very dry at the end. Absolutely world class; Jean’s hoppy beers are among the best.

Wow this is good. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus salad with flowers and honey. Flavor is more of the same but maybe not quite living up to the wonderful aroma but still fantastic. One of the best 6% IPAs ever.
