Our four-grain saison. Brewed with rye, wheat, oats, and malted-barley in homage to the original farmers (not brewers) that originated this style. Suggestions of tropical fruit, citrus rind, and black pepper. (Originally known as FarmHands)

Draft at the brewpub during the Hand Farm release. Poured a clear gold body with a creamy and dense bright white head. Aroma of yeast, lemons, white pepper, wet bread and a touch of spicyness that lingers. Thin to medium body with average carbonation and an average duration on the afertaste. Flavor starts off with slight lemon and citrus rind followed by soft white pepper notes along with spice and finishes with wet bread. This is solid but I’d take Hop Hands over this any day.

Very authentic, rustic saison. Mild sulfuric aroma, some sweet belgian yeasty goodness, doughy malt, earthy spiciness, very reminiscent of Upright Seven. Taste follows suit, earthy, doughy, spicy, citrusy, with a faint black pepper taste on the finish. This drinks incredibly easily. Could drink this fo days! Excellent!

8oz draft at the Tired Hands Brewpub. Pours a pale, pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is a little yeasty, some bread, some rye. Light on the palate with light, soft carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, rye, spice, pepper, yeast, with a clean spicy finish. Very light, drinkable, and tasty.

On tap at the brewpub. This flagship saison is light and eminently sessionable. Think of a Single IPA hooking up with a saison and you've got FarmHands. Tasty.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Cloudy and deep yellow, with a small head A lace sheet as I drain the cup. A farmhouse aroma. A good malting, that makes so drinkable this four grain saison. Smooth drinker, a thick mouthfeel. A little rye edge. A good orange hop. Very drinkable.

Tap. Aroma: some farmhouse yeast funkiness, wheat and light malts, some pepper, light spicy hops, lemon. Light straw colored pour, fairly hazy, white head with good retention, lacing coats the glass. Flavor: lemon tartness, pepper and spicy hops, medium bitterness, wheat and rye with some pils malt notes, earthy and slightly funky, dry finish. Light body, medium carbonation. Excellent brew.

(Bottle) Pours yellow with a white head. The aroma holds frozen strawberries, sour cherry candy, clove and allspice up front with undertones of black pepper, coriander, subtle yellow fruits, wheat, oatmeal (with sugar, cinnamon and apples) and white bread. Quite complex, lots of yeast things going on. The flavor is near dry, light to medium bitter and light acidic with notes of grains, spices, light fruits, grassy/light earthy hops, phenols and esters. The mouthfeel is watery and light tart with light to medium carbonation. Grainy and phenolic finish. Light bodied.
