COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our four-grain saison. Brewed with rye, wheat, oats, and malted-barley in homage to the original farmers (not brewers) that originated this style. Suggestions of tropical fruit, citrus rind, and black pepper. (Originally known as FarmHands)

On tap at brewpub. Pours golden with creamy white head. Bread, wheat, grains, citrus, herbs, cooked vegetables. Moderately bitter and sweet. Aroma was quite unique, but somewhat unpleasant. Kind of spoiled this beer for me.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, estery and light floral. Medium dry, fruity and toasted. Mellow yeasty and light estery into a smooth crisp finish.

Growler poured into a tulip. Pours cloudy golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, wheat, light spices from the rye, and a nice floral/citrusy hop profile. Flavor the same with the wheat and hops sticking out the most. Average texture. A good saison.

Had this at Where The Wild Beers Are. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft floral musk and chewy dense wheat on the nose. Musk, more wheat, with a bit of sweetness. Toast, sweet wheat, lovely musk into the finish.

Growler thanks to Randall. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Yeast and spice aromas. Light and watery with yeast and spice notes. Not very inspiring.

Growler (1L). Thanks to John! Yellow with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma of Saison yeast, grains, fresh cereals and herbal notes. Taste is slightly sweet with grains, underlying malt presence, Saison yeast and an herbal finish. Light body. Clean. Crisp. Refreshing and ultra-drinkable. Nice session beer.

Draft at tired hands..light apple juice like hue..nose of lemon zest..barnyard hay and funk..can’t remember if this was on the billing..aroma is solid..quite flavorful..however came off as a tad thinner than expected..leaves some spices notes on the palate..liked their other offerings much better..
