3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Growler @ Stephen’s place. Thanks! Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Somewhat spicy yeasty, grassy, herbal, floral, peppery aroma. Fairly dry, lemon, grassy herbal, a bit chewy, passionfruit flavor. Super easy drinking.

Really pleasant light blond ale, mostly dry, grainy, with a nice crisp spicy hop-bitterness. Spicy yeasty esters nicely subdued. A nice, simple piece of work that asks for a larger glass.

Draft at Churchkey, 3/27/2013. Nice amount of spice in the aroma, light body, hint of rye. Nice amount of flavor for the ABV.

Pours pale yellow. Spicy peppery nose with some earthy hop and yeast aromas mixed in. Flavor is similar but light while drinking the hand farm side by side.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at Tired Hands. Not as good as I expected. Too light bodied. Tasted like the second runnings of a saison. Not enough there for me.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft at the brewpub. Spice cabinet and raw grains aroma. Flavors translate as a full Saison, three-quarter strength. Good yeast, great malt complexity, and a nice sprinkle of yeast. This is a very fine table Saison, up there with Dupont Avril, almost a bit fresher. Dry, but with light acidity and a touch of yeasty juicy fruit to keep the palate round. In the hot, summer heat, this would be a godsend.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Growler shared by Drew, from Tooch. Thanks! Pours a pale golde, persistent head. Nose is clean and nice. Soft vanilla and lemon rind. Clean and crisp. Good pils malt notes as well. On tasting, low tartness, balanced bitterness overall. Clean and balanced, good white pepper and biscuit. Low sweetness is balanced. 3722? Pretty fantastic beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
1 liter. Growler courtesy of Sean... Pours a semi-transparent golden hue, somewhat clear, and topped with a creamy thin film of soapy white head... Clean grassy and mild citrus notes to go along with a lighter dry Belgian yeast note. Clean dry not simple but nice... Flavors are more of the same with a clean grassy Belgian yeast. Lighter bodied and easy drinking overall.
