2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured from growler into tulip: Pours cloudy straw with very little head. Aroma is buttered popcorn jelly bellies (yuck) with some citrus. Taste is, well, diacetyl. Not good. Medium body, oily palate, buttery badness.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Growler consumed 4 days old. Pours a straw grassy color with minimal head. Oily palate with an odd aroma of butterscotch candies mixed with citrus fruits and sticky resiny hops. Taste is a total diacetyl nightmare at the start with salty buttered popcorn. FInishes decently hoppy and nice but the butter is too much.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
32oz growler (over a week old - got sick, went out of town, didnít get to drink it fresh) in a teku. Pours hazy golden/copper with a white head. Aroma of floral and citrusy and piney hops, plus some pale and light caramel malts and a little dough. Flavor the same but sort of a weird finish (diacetyl was mentioned in previous reviews). Average texture. A decent double IPA, but Iím not sure if itís old or if there are off flavors in this beer.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Swing top to snifter (shared with the Mrs; thanks ReggieDunlap). This one was recently made again and should probably be unretired. Looks good; a hazy golden orange with fluffy white head. Smells good too; nice and hoppy with notes of pine, citrus, and tropical fruit. Tastes like it smells with a pleasant mouthfeel that is on the lighter side (as most of their IPAs/DIPAs are). Fantastic!!!

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours murky golden with orange haze streaks down the center of my glass. Notes are mango, pine, grapefruit, juicy melon and minerals. Just the right amount of Columbus. The chinook, Nelson, and citra dankness are showcased nicely. Dry and and filled with minerals in finish. Just in time for the high holidays. Cheers brahhhss

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Thanks to jcartamdg for the share on this one. Cheers, Jason! Pours a light gold color with a white head. Nose is herbal and piney hops with a medium malt backbone. Thicker than a west coast ipa but some nice bite to it. Flavor follows the nose- an 8% IPA that drinks like a 4% IPA but hits like a 10% IPA, I felt the alcohol before I tasted it. Very nice, light to medium bodied IPA.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Growler from TH. Pours a mostly clear golden color with some head. Nose is mild grapefruit and lemon peal and slight malty sweetness. First sip is nice sweet pale malty flavors but subtle balance of hop profile, with piney resin and grapefruit. finish is clean with perfect bitter ending.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is one of those double IPAs that are so drinkable itís dangerous... in a good way. The aroma was thick and almost spicy like basil and citrus. It tastes smooth and hoppy with a solid malt backbone. The alcohol is well hidden by the sweetness too.

Woah! What an IPA! Nose is huge hops, pine, and citrus. Flavor, again, is huge hops and a nice malty backbone that still comes through despite the bitterness upfront. Awesome stuff!
