Pours murky golden with orange haze streaks down the center of my glass. Notes are mango, pine, grapefruit, juicy melon and minerals. Just the right amount of Columbus. The chinook, Nelson, and citra dankness are showcased nicely. Dry and and filled with minerals in finish. Just in time for the high holidays. Cheers brahhhss

Thanks to jcartamdg for the share on this one. Cheers, Jason! Pours a light gold color with a white head. Nose is herbal and piney hops with a medium malt backbone. Thicker than a west coast ipa but some nice bite to it. Flavor follows the nose- an 8% IPA that drinks like a 4% IPA but hits like a 10% IPA, I felt the alcohol before I tasted it. Very nice, light to medium bodied IPA.

Growler from TH. Pours a mostly clear golden color with some head. Nose is mild grapefruit and lemon peal and slight malty sweetness. First sip is nice sweet pale malty flavors but subtle balance of hop profile, with piney resin and grapefruit. finish is clean with perfect bitter ending.

This is one of those double IPAs that are so drinkable it’s dangerous... in a good way. The aroma was thick and almost spicy like basil and citrus. It tastes smooth and hoppy with a solid malt backbone. The alcohol is well hidden by the sweetness too.

Woah! What an IPA! Nose is huge hops, pine, and citrus. Flavor, again, is huge hops and a nice malty backbone that still comes through despite the bitterness upfront. Awesome stuff!

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2012 Pours light gold with a thick white head. Aroma of dank resinous hops, bitter yet with a malt backbone. Taste is bitter yet balanced. This beer blows my mind. So good! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks to Michael for the growler. Served in Tired Hands stemware. Pours a clear golden color. Nice head and lacing. Heavy resinous hops. Quite dank. Very crisp and quite bitter. Light body. Touch of booze. Light stone and tropical fruit. Actually reminds me quite a bit of Pliny the Elder. The body and bitterness are very nice, but I could use a touch more hop flavor and aroma. Otherwise, quite good.

Hazy dark golden color with a medium sized white head that left nice lacing in the glass. Aroma of pine, grass, citrus fruits, toast, tropical fruits, and faint alcohol. Taste of citrus, pine grapefruit, orange, light toffee, and a bitter finish. Thinner mouthfeel.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2012 Tap at Tired Hands. Low haze gold pour. Full sheets of lace. Nose is thick hops- dank, sticky, melon heavy. Taste is thicker, melon, grapefruit rindy and thick. Mega grapefruit rind. Pithy and agressive. Nice to not be astringent and candy heavy like most DIPAs. No sugar. A bit cheesy. Got a growler of this and cracking it in two days- we’ll see how it does. 9/2/2012 8/5/7/4/15=3.9

Growler. Pours a clear, bright straw to golden. Thicker, yellowish head. Nose is mega cantaloupe and pineapple and mangosteen. Taste is thick and chewy, dense lychee pulp and mango. Delicious in every way. Much better somehow a few days after filled. 9/4/2012 8/5/8/4/16=4.1

Clear golden with a nice white head Growler, decent head for a growler, loads of stone fruits, piney, very good flavor, fairly lively for a growler pour... Slightly bitter finish, loads of flavor... Aroma is of stone fruits and pine similar to the flavor... Very very good...
