Cask @ White Cross, Lancaster 050113
Light copper, clear, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma - soft caramel, soft toffee malts
Taste - caramel malts, soft mellow toffee, very light hop in the background, dab of toasted malt, creamy caramel, tasty
Palate - medium body, smooth, quite sweet malts. Finish as main flavour, cleans off palate
Overall - This was reasonably good

Light medium gold with a thin white head. Smell of fruit, light roast and berry. Smooth rich medium body. Tastes like juice with malt added. Not bitter at all, sort of sour. Very weak. Sort of like their Amber ale but with less beer and more juice.
