1. Cask Stillage at the RUFC, Chester 15/05/2003 Clear golden coloured and very hoppy with some citrus aroma. Lasting finish. 2. Cask Stillage at the King’s Hall, Stoke on Trent 27/10/2006 as Steerage (Beer renamed) Hop and fruit aromas. Clear golden coloured with some fruit flavour. A little dryness and wheat malt in the finish. Sampled with Haddonsman before our Lambic onslaught and we both agreed this was quite different to the usual Titanic style and had plenty about it for a 3.5% ABV beer.

Cask at Lincolnshire Poacher, Nottingham. Orange body, fat finger of long lasting creamy head, bit of a rough taste with a hint of smokyness to the finish, a lively session bitter.
