smith4498 (459), Miami, Florida, USA Jun 25, 2008 On tap at brewpub. Pours light straw color with white head. Light grassy aroma. Slight bitter flavor with a light, crisp finish. Light body with average carbonation. Probably very poular with the UM college crowd on the campus right next door.
daknole (1268), Plantation, Florida, USA Dec 15, 2008 tap. I didnt like this at all. Yellow/gold pour. Small light head. Aroma is grainy, some hops and thats about it. Flavor is very watery and a bit strange. This was my least favorite of the night. Ibrew2or3 (2003), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA Nov 1, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear watery gold with thin bright white head and sheet lacing. The aroma is spicy hops, a bit of lemon acidity and malt sweetness right behind. The taste is thin in the mouth feel bringing in some grainy malts, faint cereal and a spicy hop bite. I also get a mild sense of floral hops in the background. Palate – Good Mouthfeel, great texture with a dry finish. <br />
