Bottle from Morrisons. Pours brown black with a thin tanned head. Lots of vanilla and some milk chocolate. Quite thin and slightly carbonated. Quite nice.

Dark brown with a small, tan head. malty with fruity tones. malt, chocolate, fruit and vanilla. Medium body with a nice, balanced finish.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2012 Cask at GBBF 2011. Black with a small off-white head. Strong vanilla and milk chocolate aroma with a touch of darkewr roasted character. Sweet roasted malt and vanilla flavour with rich dark chocolate

Cask at GBBF London august 2011. Black whit a minimal head. Nice vanilla and lightchocolate aroma and flavor. Very sweet and a bit bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, chocolate, nesquick, vanilla, dusty vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate, vanilla, nesquick. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110803]

Hand pulled cask, one-third pint, at the W5 Hastings Bar, GBBF 2011. Deep black body, shimmering surface, fragile lacework. Blended aroma of vanilla and chocolate sweetness. Cocoa powder and vanilla in flavour. Hint of bitterness from a slightly roasted backbone. On the sweet side as expected. True to its name. Quite alright there and then (Earls Court, London 02.08.2011).

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours black with a creamy head and lacings. Chocolate powder and cookies. Flavor is very much chocolate powder, Nesquick and vanilla. Medium bodied. A bit artificial.

Cask at GBBF 2011 - Tuesday. Clear almost black - offwhite bubbles.Chocolate, vanilla, as it says, julekalender chocolate, cheap chocolate, roasted, berries, bitterness.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Black beer, small brownish head. Vanilla aroma, chocolate, sweetish, malty, milk chocolate. Vanilla flavor, milky, roasted, some hops, chocolate notes. A bit too sweet.
