Commercial Description:
Cask: Seasonal - Winter.
Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, Wheat malt; English Challenger and Styrian Goldings hops.
Delightful bitterness bursts onto the tongue from English Challenger Hops in this Golden seasonal offering from Titanic Brewery, balanced by sweet Maris Otter pale malt. Wheat Malt adds a biscuity dryness and Styrian Goldings provide a floral aroma and spicy finish.

Cask Conditioned at Market Porter, London
Hazy blond color; thin creamy head. Earthy aroma and flavor, malt flavor too, grainy; toffee; bold bitterness, but well balanced. Refreshing and very pleasant.

Handpulled cask at the Crosse Keys, Monument, London. Gold with a white head. A rather thin base for Titanic offset buy some decent citrus hops.

Gravity dispense, The Crown Xmas Fest, Nuneaton. Somewhat mealy, buttery and wheat/maize-accented, but with a redeeming tang of soapy citrus. Unpromising egg and mandarin combo. Low condition, zesty bitterness, toasted husky malts. Some cherry in there. Tired but still decent.

Cask @ Hamilton Hall ’Sporks. Hazy gold with a white head. Orangey, grassy hops, tropical fruits and buttery malt. Again, bitter grassy hops and orange with a lick of malt bringing up the rear. Long bitter finish, slightly soapy but not as bad as expected.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Pale Gold with white head. For a low ABV this packs a flavoursome punch. Light, lemony, grassy hops to the fore with a restrained malt but sharp body. Long and bitter finish. A really enjoyable bitter..

JDW, Rochester. Pleasant woody tang of Goldings in the wheat enhanced foam. Pale gold appearance - rather like a pale lager. A good session bitter with lovely English hop bite, and a fairly firm body. Nice one!
