May 7, 2005 Cask, Leicester Beer Fest 05. Amber with a small bubbly white head. Aromas are caramel malts with sweet lemon and some spices. Flavours are soft biscuit and toffee malts with sme fruitiness. Nice spicy hops, too. Gets better as it warms up. Dry and bitter on the finish. Pretty good.
