COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Christmas special.
A copper coloured beer brewed using Yakima Galena and Chinook hops to provide a pleasing citrus fruit flavour. Its combination of chocolate, wheat, Vienna and Maris Otter pale malts produces a traditional English beer with the flavours of a German wheat beer.

Cask@The Evening Star, Brighton, Eng. Quite dry and hoppy. Not a hell of a lot going on, but there is a nice touch of wholemeal grain and earthy, grapefruity hops, lightly salty, pretty solid session bitter.

Copper/gold colour. Not much aroma - slight floral hop background. The flavour is citric and moderately hoppy, becoming fairly sharp on the finish. Clean and fresh, but there’s not really a lot going on. Can’t say I noticed any German Wheat beer character. OK, but not on of Titanic’s better offerings. Cask (handpump) at the Red Lion, Isleworth.

Cask Conditioned at The Falcon (JDW), High Wycombe. Very, very fruity beer (aroma & flavour). Nice malty character and a touch of sweetness. However this had a very intense fruity acidity/sourness, it didn’t seem out of condition, just quite strange. Not really off putting, this was rather nice.

Amber with a good beige head. Nice lace too. Mild malty aroma. Sweet caramel with some hoppy notes. Quite dry in finish. Medium bodied, nice drink.
