Commercial Description:
Cask: Seasonal - June to August.
Hidden amongst the sweet and powerful combination of the finest ingredients England has to offer are American hops that are just the ticket for the summer season. Mind the smoothness it will creep up on you and if you like old fashioned brown beer, here is the treasure of the deep.

Tap, White Horse, Oxford. Dark copper, beige cap of sticky soapy white. A touch of caramel aroma, grass, earth, maybe a little cinnamon. Chalky dry toast chocolate flavor, robust chewy bitterness that lingers into the finish. Smooth, sweet. Medium body. Sort of rough around the edges, but a nice full-flavored ale.

Cask at Wellington Arms, bedford. Dark golden with a small, off-white head. Faint fruity aroma. Strawy, musty taste with low bitterness, but not bad at all.

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plum, Soton. Odd offputting aroma that I couldnt identify - almost artificial factory smell. Other than that fairly unexceptional but cant do enough to redeem the poor start.
