3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at Bree Louise. First of all, I like a pun, but this one is terrible! Ruby red, not much gold head. Aroma is fruit and marzipan, bit of plum, bit of sweetness. Taste is fruity, bit like sugarry tea. A bit disappointing.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Gravity cask at The Bree Louise, London. Pours clearish, ruby-brown with a very faint film. Bit of toasty malts on the nose. Flavor has a wimpy sweetness, toasty bread, slight herbal and leafy bitterness, extremely light cocoa. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Semi-dry finish, crunchy leaves, toasty malts. Nothing special.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
@ Foot of the Walk, Leith. Light brown colour. Toasty aroma with some cocoa. Fudgey cocoa notes. The sort of blandish dark malt stuff that forms the base of a good porter, but to really be good this needs another level, some more interesting characteristics.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask @ Foot of the Walk, Leith. Opaque dark drown with stable head and lace. Aroma is healthy porter with coal, berries, tyres, asphalt, and minerals. Smooth and soft. Thick creamy palate. Flavors have more chocolate, vanilla, and vanilla extract with some light toast.
