Sampled this premium bitter at the Esquire House, Glasgow (JDW) in November 2005. Pale amber in colour with a fruity aroma. Creamy texture in mouthfeel with a faint sweetness. Pale malt complexes giving a rich full bodied flavour. Juicy fruit notes of kiwi and gooseberry rolls into a warm oven baked digestive biscuit taste. Slight note of hop resins give a dry bitter aftertaste. Finish has a slight edge of malt with tart citrus fruit noted. Another good consistant session ale from the Titanic portfolio.
