Nov 21, 2008 Cask at The Turf Tavern, Oxford in the company of Glen 09-11-08. Pours dark gold in colour, maybe mid amber difficult to be exact in the poor light of the Turf. Really lovely fruitiness, nice and tangy, nice citrussy bite to this beer, very decent indeed.

Nov 18, 2008 Cask conditioned at The Turf Tavern with Fin. Amber to gold with white head. Hoppy and bittersweet beer with a tangy, spicy hop. Long lasting and refreshing. Good beer.

Nov 17, 2005 Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste is the same and nicely bitter; quite pleasant but spoilt somewhat by a thinish mouthfeel. Goodish session bitter.

Nov 9, 2005 CAsk conditioned @ Giddy Bridge (JDW), Soton. Pleasant hoppy citric aromas become more apparant in the mouth with nice full bitterness. Unfortunately just a little dishwatery.

Nov 4, 2005 Wetherspoons beer festival. aroma is a well balanced hopy maltyness, which seems about right for a bitter. Taste is similarly balanced with the hopps pushing through nicely. A good session beer.
