Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste is the same and nicely bitter; quite pleasant but spoilt somewhat by a thinish mouthfeel. Goodish session bitter.

CAsk conditioned @ Giddy Bridge (JDW), Soton. Pleasant hoppy citric aromas become more apparant in the mouth with nice full bitterness. Unfortunately just a little dishwatery.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2006 Too strong for my taste, but I did not find what would be to remember, only the fact I found a great pub in Kirkinitlloch.

Wetherspoons beer festival. aroma is a well balanced hopy maltyness, which seems about right for a bitter. Taste is similarly balanced with the hopps pushing through nicely. A good session beer.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Not convinced this was exactly how it is supposed to be. Copper colour with thin lasting beige head and good lacing. Tangerine citrus throughout, touch of caramel. Finish is quite short with more citrus.
Re-rate, next day at Folkestone Wetherspoons. Red berry aroma, quite full in mouth good syrupy fruitiness in mouth. Dry finish. Better than day before

A wonderfully refreshing ale with a sharp citrus tangy hop aroma and aftertaste. A good degree of bitterness makes this a beautifully refreshing ale. Yet another great beer from Titanic.
