Easy light ale. Light hazy yellow. Fruity exotic. Hop interesting. Good balanced. Delicate artisanal . Good impression. I like it.

Cask from Glasfryn, Mold. Pours a clear gold colour with a one finger white head. Aroma is hoppy and citrussy with a little bit of breadiness picked up too. Taste is very dry, herbal and hoppy. Bit too ott on the dryness for my liking!

Gravity dispense at the Happy Man Spring BF, Englefield Green, 14/03/14. Pale golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is light citric, straw, faint orange. Taste carries a little more depth comprising lemon rind, orange, soft bread dough, straw, light melon. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so GB yawn ....

Cask at the White Star, Stoke-on-Trent. Yellow, almost straw. Lemon, Chardonnay and spicy hop aroma. Massive bitter flavour, which carries the hop character well. Malt also shines in the taste, which mellows nicely. A brilliant session bitter.

jmgreenuk (4334) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUN 2, 2013
Cask at the White Swan, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a bubbly white head and lots of lace glued to the inside of the glass. The aroma is fruity malt leading to a hoppy bitter, malty flavour with some spice on the palate. The bitterness in the finish made for a nice refreshing session ale.

a_cross (600) - Poole, Dorset, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2012
Cask; light gold; tart fruit, slightly limey citrus notes; grassy hops; good body for its strength; very bitter finish; characterful for its strength, but too astringent for a session ale

tombyars (1356) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - MAR 11, 2012
Had this light bitter in the Salt Cot, Saltcoats (JDW) in April 2007. Cask, handpump dispense. Amber gold in colour with a thin white head. A faint whiff of citrus fruit in the short aroma. Thin mouthfeel and poor lacing. Lacking in robust flavours overall. Pale malt complex giving a slight citric bite of lemon and lime fruit notes. Strong dusty notes present in the bitter astringent aftertaste. Floral hops present in the dry finish. Not the best from the Titanic portfolio.
