Cask handpull at Samuel Peto, JDW, Folkestone. Copper colour, thin beige head. Quite hoppy yes, very hoppy for a UK beer. I like the hops plus there is some sweetish toffee too. Really good earthy hop on finish

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Amber with white head. Light and fruity beer with quite a heavy sweetness. Raisins and sultanas with a strawberry bubblegum note, Just a little too flabby, but still a very drinkable beer.

Cask at Argyll Arms. Pours light amber with a soft white head. Grassy hop aroma. Wonderfully bitter flavor with earth and pine, preceded by an understated caramel malt presence. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Has a long grass and earth bitter finish. Very good.

A Mes rate. Cask at Baker St. íSporks.
A slightly hazy golden brown colour with an impressive off white head and plenty of lace. The aroma is far too citric for me. Smells like something you use to clean the bath. There is clearly some good stuff underneath but itís masked by all the lemon. The flavour is much better. A balanced bitter with an IPA like hoppiness that sneaks in and out between the semi-sweet malt until it whips itís grundies off at the finish and demands attention. Wow, Iím really enjoying this one. Delicate and subtle, then almost instantly brash and in your face. Decidedly English, then decidedly American. A pleasing bready background with some pretty much adorable tangerine, followed by a bitter assault for the finalť. Interesting and enjoyable all round. Win.
