Aroma: light notes of wheat, light bread malts. Appearance: slightly hazy pale gold, medium frothy white head. Taste: medium sweet. Palate: sweets expand, fruity, wheat, very malty, average-long finish. Overall: actually very decent Golden Ale, wheaty aroma and malty palate. Pint at the Cheshire Cheese, Buxton.

Cask@angle. Yellow golden. Mellow fruity, melon/cantalope, green hops. Medium full bodied, softly grainy. Dry. Refreshing to have something else than the normal bitters on cask.

This beer has a very thin white head and is a more amber coloured ale rather than blond or golden. The aroma is very hoppy and you can tell there is a wide selection used, citrus, mango, pineapple, grass all dance around the nose however the taste is not as interesting, sadly the flavour is mainly dominated by the citrus and has a very sharp bitter finish which overpowers the other more subtle flavours.
