"A light refreshing distinctively hoppy beer with a freshness that belies its strength, so easy to drink it will fool all but the crustiest of sea dogs."

golden coloured quite pale in colour and a very light hue. Pleasant on the nose and tongue with quite a pleasant taste and aroma. The same colour as a lager, but with far more taste than a cheap beer such as a lager like carling.

A golden straw coloured beer with a thick, creamy white head. The nose is light and slightly yeasty at first, but then the floral hoppiness comes through with a vengeance! This is then accompanied by a sweet fruitiness similar to that of peaches. The taste is light and bitter with the dry, floral hoppiness being the predominant flavour. As in the aroma, there is a hint of peach fruitiness towards the end. The finish is light and bitter. (Draught - Lloyd’s Bar @ The Globe, King’s Lynn).

Pint pulled at The Railway in Putney (London), poured a lively white and then settled to a very clear pale straw with a good thick white head. A sharp tangy hoppiness in the aroma with hints of peachy fruits. Subtle citrus fruits in the flavour with a dry bitterness all the way through the mouth. There was also an unfortunately hoppy tanginess which I suspect is because of the lack of quality control at my local JDW.

I thought It was going to be creamy or at least blonde, and it was like orange, like a medium dark bitter. Perhaps something changed but it was no clear at all.

Cask in a Wetherspoon. This is becoming very popular. Good sharp citric bite and a lasting honeyed tickling swallow.
