Dec 17, 2006 Light yellow colored, pieces of yeast floating in glass. Marcipan is strong in aroma with sweet lemon touch and some sourness. Thin to medium bodied. Banana in flavor with some spicy and sweet tones, dry aftertaste with lasting fruits.

Slightly hazy yellow color, small creamy white head. Diacetylic, sweet toffeish aroma - no coriander found. Light, watery palate, toffeish - Scotch Silly sweetness - banana flavors. Not very typical witbier, no spices - orange or coriander - found in the flavor. Almost like German hefeweizen.

Dec 10, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is enormously sour, slightly diacetylic, some bittermandel some berry and wheat. Flavour is mainly plastic with some caramel and wheat coming in. Slight spicy. Not the "typical" witbier... My #400 Belgian.
