Commercial Description:
This nitrogen-infused reddish-brown ale melds caramel and biscuit-like malt with plum-like fruity esters contributed by characterful English yeast.

On nitro draught at the Titletown brewpub in downtown Green Bay, WI. Pours a clear copper amber colored brew with a creamy beige head that has excellent retention from the nitro pour. Aroma of caramel malt, some floral hops, light fruit and a touch of red grape. Taste is medium bodied, creamy from the nitro charge, with flavors of light caramel malt and a hint of floral hops. Finish is smooth, creamy with a short lived mild bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub during a planned detour on my way up to Door County. Poured to a shaker, a brownish amber with an excellent, silky, off white nitro head and clingy, lasting, curtainy lacing. The aroma was toasty, nutty, caramel, and some malty sweetness. The flavor mimicked the nose, with the body being a little thin and not helped out by the low carbonation. A tasty Brown non the less.

Glad I got to try this today on my short trip up to the Bay. I wanted to bring a growler home but alas, it was all on cask! Pours a fairly light amber with a beige white top. Aroma was hard to detect at first, because it wasn’t my first. but taste was smooth and caramel-y with nice roasted nuts on the finish. Great job Dave!

Usually I’m not a fan of anything on nitro except for stouts, but this was damn good. Pours a clear rusty brown with thick pillowy light tan head. Aromas of caramel, biscuit and dark fruits waft up the nose. Taste is sweet bread, caramel, ttoasted grain and notes of dark fruit. This beer has a solid backbone and is quite enjoyable.
