May 18, 2008 Dark chocolate colour, malty, sweet in the beginning, and slightly bitter in the finish, roasted nuts, caramel, syrupy, and the head was a tan colour.

Sep 29, 2006 Updated: Apr 4, 2007Pours a murky brown color. Nose is roasted malt, clove and banana. Taste is much the same some slight bitterness in the finish. Not bad but not excellent. An average dunkelweizen.

Aug 6, 2002 Opaque light brown; no head to speak of. Caramelly-sweet at first, wheat character only comes out in the nose and flavor as it warms. Little bitterness on the end, very smooth.
