On draught at the brewpub/restaurant in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy dark amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a thick, spotty lacing along with a white ring. Aroma of semi-sweet caramel malt, some candi sugar, a touch of dark pitted fruit and even a touch of honey. Taste is medium to full bodied, average carbonation with flavors of sweet caramel malt, ripe dark fruits, some Hawaiian bread character and a touch of citrus zest. Finish has a light mild bitterness with a sweet caramel malt aftertaste. One of the sweetest Märzens I’ve encountered.

Appearance of a deep amber color with thin off-white head and abundant lacing. Aroma is of sweet malt (almost candy like) light cherry and other fruit. Taste is caramel, light bready malt and a candy like finish. Medium carbonation and a slightly bitter finish.
